2 tbsp | (30 mL) Garlic Mayonnaise |
SEASON the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into four patties.
HEAT a large non-stick skillet over medium. Cook the burgers for 5-7 minutes per side or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Top each burger with a slice of cheese and remove from the heat.
PLACE a leaf of lettuce on the bottom half of each of the four buns. Top with a cooked burger and cheese, a slice of bacon and sautéed onion. Spread the top of the bun with garlic mayonnaise and place on top.
