|6||slices Schneiders® bacon,chopped|
|12||jalapenos, halved and seeded|
|1 8oz Pkg||of cream cheese, softened|
|3/4 cup||old cheddar, grated|
|1 cup||parmesan cheese, grated and divided|
|4||green onions, chopped|
|1/2 cup||Franks RedHot® sauce|
|1 ½ cup||panko|
|Cilantro Lime Dip:|
|1 cup||sour cream|
|1/3 cup||fresh lime juice|
|3 tbsp||fresh cilantro|
|1 1/2 tsp||garlic, minced|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place jalapenos onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly. Combine bacon, cream cheese, parmesan, cheddar, hot sauce and green onions. Fill each jalapeno with cheese mixture. Dip each jalapeno into flour followed by egg whites and panko. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until jalapenos are golden and cheese is bubbling. Combine sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Make filling ahead and refrigerate up to 3 day until use.
