About this Recipe

A classic bacon and eggs with toast is the best way to eat bacon for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

2 slices of bacon
2 eggs
2 slices of Irish Soda bread
2 tbsp butter

Directions

Cook bacon in a fry pan turning over to cook both sides for about 2 minutes each side. Drain off some of the fat and cook 2 eggs covered for about 2 minutes. Toast and butter bread. Serve on a plate for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
