Why bother waiting in line at the drive thru to get your fix of bacon and egger sandwich when you can make it at home under 10 minutes.


1 whole grains English muffin
1 egg
2 slices of precooked ready crisp bacon
2 tsp margarine


Lightly grease a ramekin and break egg into it. Lightly beat with a fork to break the yolk. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds or until cooked. Toast muffin. Place precooked bacon strips between 2 sheets of paper towel and microwave for about 5 - 10 seconds to reheat. Cut strips in half to make 4 little strips. Spread margarine on English muffins and place bacon on one half followed by cooked egg and English muffin top. Easy and satisfying to do it yourself.
