This hearty and yummy sandwich will definitely keep you full and satisfied as you watch the game....


4 Slices Bread
4 Slices of Crispy Bacon
1 Scrambled Egg
1/4 cup Shredded Chicken
2 Slices of Tomato
2 Kraft Cheese Singles
Spring Mix Salad Greens


Boil the chicken in water with a little salt and pepper. Once done, cool and shred. Keep aside.

Beat the egg and fry into an omelette. Crisp the bacon by frying or putting it in the oven.

To Assemble the Club sandwich!

Toast the four slices of bread and put some butter on each slice. On the first slice put the shredded chicken and a slice of bread. Next the egg omelette and the third slice of bread. Lastly the bacon strips, cheese slices, tomato and the green spring mix. Top the sandwich with the fourth slice of bread. Cut it into two triangles and use toothpicks to secure the bread slices in place.

Serve hot with a side of chips.
