Bacon and Egg sandwich with lettuce in an English muffin

Ingredients

2 English muffins
2 thin back bacon slices
2 eggs
1 lettuce leaf
5 tsp butter

Directions

Toast English muffins spread butter on both sides of muffins.. Fry bacon slices with 1 tsp. of butter on both sides for 2 minutes each until cooked. Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Using the same pan, cook the eggs on both sides until done for a minute or two on each side. Cut into two pieces. Place the bacon on bottom of muffin, followed by egg and then lettuce. Sandwich and enjoy. Repeat for other muffin.
