Great way to eat fresh zucchini!

Ingredients

2 Medium Zuchini
2 Firm Tomatoes, wedges
1 Onion, sliced
1/2 Green Pepper
2 tbsp Oil
1 Bay Leaf
Pinch of Thyme
Salt and Pepper

Directions

Toss vegetables with oil and spices. Wrap in foil. Pace on medium hot coals.
