A flavourful turkey wrap with a Greek yoghurt, avocado and chipotle pepper.
|2||Dempster's Original Tortillas|
|1/2 cup||Plain Greek yogurt|
|1||Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce|
|6||Schneiders Country Naturals Oven Roasted Turkey Breast slices|
|1/4 cup||Black beans|
|1/2 cup||Shredded lettuce|
|1/2 tsp||Black pepper and salt|
Mix the Greek yogurt and chopped chipotle pepper. Mix in the juice and zest of the lime. Season with a pinch of salt.
Spread the yogurt mixture on the tortilla wraps. Top with remaining vegetables and turkey slices.
Roll up two opposite ends of the wraps to contain ingredients. Roll wrap up and secure with toothpicks. Cut in half and serve.
