About this Recipe

A surprising hint of curry and apricot with cream cheese, chicken breast, creamy avocado and fresh, peppery sprouts.

Ingredients

4 tbsp (60 mL) Light cream cheese
1/4 tsp (5 mL) Curry powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) Chopped dried apricots
1 Bagel, lightly toasted
2 Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
2 Slices avocado
1 tbsp (15 mL) Sprouts

Directions

MIX together cream cheese, curry powder and dried apricots. Spread over each half of the toasted bagel. Top with chicken, avocado slices and sprouts. Sandwich together and enjoy.
