|4 tbsp||(60 mL) Light cream cheese|
|1/4 tsp||(5 mL) Curry powder|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Chopped dried apricots|
|1||Bagel, lightly toasted|
|2||Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Oven Roasted Chicken Breast|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sprouts|
MIX together cream cheese, curry powder and dried apricots. Spread over each half of the toasted bagel. Top with chicken, avocado slices and sprouts. Sandwich together and enjoy.
