About this Recipe

A really hearty breakfast sandwich that is tasty & filling.


1 Dempsters English Muffin
2 tsp Dijon mustard
4 slices red pepper
3 slices Maple Leaf Natural Selections Uncured Baked Honey Ham
1 cheese slice
1 egg
4 slices avocado
2 tbsp shredded cheese
salt, pepper to taste


In non-stick skillet fry egg on both sides in 1 tsp. butter, salt & pepper to taste.. Set aside.
Set oven to broil. & preheat.

Split english muffin in half, toast & spread with 1 tp. Dijon mustard on each side. Place on bottom half red pepper, ham slices, cheese slice, fried egg & avocado. Top with other half of english muffin.

Spread shredded cheese on top of english muffin & grill under broiler till cheese bubbles & melts.
