About this Recipe

This Olivieri® Fresh Linguine and Asparagus pasta dish is delicious enough to serve on its own or as a side!


1 (350 g) Package OLIVIERI® Fresh Linguine Pasta
12 Stalks fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
½ cup (125 mL) Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Red pepper, thinly sliced
½ cup (125 mL) Chicken broth
3 tbsp (45 mL) OLIVIERI® Olive Oil and Garlic Pesto
¼ cup (50 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese


COOK pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, heat oil over medium-high in a medium skillet.

ADD vegetables and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and pesto.

COMBINE drained pasta with vegetable mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
