Inspired by egg rolls, but made with the tortilla's! Makes it much healthier and very filling.


3/4 cup shaved pork or ground pork
1/3 cup shredded cabbage
1 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
salt and pepper
2 small Dempster's tortilla's
1 tsp sesame oil


Heat frying pan on medium heat and add pork, garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 mins, mixing and breaking up the meat, until almost cooked through. Add cabbage, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and fry for another 2-3 mins until cabbage is tender. Divide meat mix and on the lower half of the tortilla, place half the mixture and fold bottom over meat, then sides and roll it over, secure with toothpick. Repeat for second tortilla. brush with sesame oil and frying frying pan on medium heat for 3-5 mins per side. Enjoy hot and tastes great with a simple dipping sauce of soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
