Take a trip to the orient through your BBQ this summer with this delicious twist on a wiener!
|1||(375 g) pkg Schneiders® Country Naturals™ Wiener|
|5||sesame seed buns, split|
|3/4 cup||(175 mL) pickled red cabbage|
|1/3 cup||(75 mL) shredded carrot|
|1/3 cup||(75 mL) sugar snap peas, thinly sliced|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) wasabi peas|
|Fried chow mein noodles|
HEAT grill to medium high heat.
BBQ for 6 to 10 minutes turning often or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
PLACE each hot dog onto bun.
DIVIDE cabbage, carrot, snap peas and wasabi noodles over each hot dog.
GARNISH with chow mein noodles. Serve immediately.
Try serving with a spicy sriracha mayonnaise!
