This is a flavourful wrap that pairs perfectly with a salad for a healthy balanced meal, and lunch or any time of day!
|1 lb||extra lean ground beef|
|1.5 cups||sliced mushrooms|
|1/4 cup||hoisin sauce|
|2 tsp||soy sauce|
|1||green pepper, thinly sliced|
In a medium frying pan on medium-high heat, cook beef, onion, and mushrooms until beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess liquid.
In a small bowl, stir together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and honey.
Add to beef mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Divide evenly among 8 wraps and top with thinly sliced green peppers.
Can substitute ground chicken or turkey instead of beef for a slightly leaner version of this dish.
