This simple Coleslaw recipe is smothered in an Asian-style vinaigrette and garnished with chow mein noodles!
|4 cups||(1 L) Bagged coleslaw mix|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Asian-style vinaigrette|
|Chow mein noodles|
COMBINE coleslaw mix and vinaigrette in a bowl. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles just before serving.
TIP: This salad, minus the noodles, keeps well refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
ALTERNATIVE SERVING: Replace cabbage coleslaw mix with broccoli slaw mix. Try other ready prepared salad dressings or vinaigrettes for different flavour profiles.
