Lots of Umami here! Colourful, tasty and oh so easy to make in 15min tops!
A nutritious and delicious meal for a large hungry family.


1 red bell pepper, seeded, sliced thin
1 large onion, peeled and sliced thin
6 asparagus stalks, ends snapped and cut into bite size pieces
1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup sliced assorted mushrooms
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp black bean sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 Pkg Maple Leaf Prime chicken breasts, diced into bite size pieces
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
500 g Angel Hair Pasta or Vermicelli Rice noodles


Preheat a large skillet with oil. Add chicken and sauté for 5 min.
Remove to a platter.

Add onions, peppers, mushrooms and asparagus to the pan. Pour in soy sauce and black bean sauce. Stir to mix.
Saute on med. high for 5 min.

Meanwhile bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Drop in the pasta and broccoli. Cook for 5 min. Drain.

Add the chicken back to the vegetables. Cook for 3min.approx.

Add the medley to the drained pasta. Drizzle with sesame oil, toss to mix.

Sprinkle individual dishes with sesame seeds.
