Build your very own artisan deli sandwich on ciabatta bread, packed with salami, tomato, red pepper, provolone cheese and lettuce.
|4||Ciabatta rolls, split lengthwise|
|4 oz||(110 g) Jarred roasted red peppers, drained|
|1||(200 g) Package Schneiders® Salami|
|4||Slices Provolone cheese|
|1||Large tomato, sliced|
|1||Small red onion, sliced into rings|
|Salt and pepper|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Olive oil|
LAYER roasted red peppers, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion on the bottom half of ciabatta roll. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Top with the remaining half of the roll.
For extra flavor, mix together ¼ cup (60 mL) mayonnaise, 2 tsp (10 mL) pesto and 4 tsp (20 mL) hot antipasto. Use this spread in place of or in combination with olive oil.
