An easy to make dessert that your guests will enjoy for any occasions.
|150 g||Brown sugar|
|1 tbsp||Vanilla sugar|
Turn on the oven at 210C.
1. Peel and cut the apples in little squares. Place them in a pan and pour over the lemon juice and the vanilla sugar.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour and the brown sugar. Add the butter you pre cut in squares and start mixing with your fingers. It needs to form a lumpy dough
3. Crumble the dough on top of the apples
Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
It's even better served hot with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
