8 | Slices Part-skim cheddar cheese |
1 | Apple, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced |
2 ml | Cinnamon |
TOAST bagels.
PLACE cheese on half of each bagel and top with apple and a pinch of cinnamon.
CLOSE sandwiches with remaining half bagels and serve.
FOR A CHANGE: Replace apples with pears and replace cheddar with part-skim provolone or Swiss cheese.
