4 DEMPSTER’S® WholeGrains™ 100% Whole Wheat bagels
8 Slices Part-skim cheddar cheese
1 Apple, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
2 ml Cinnamon


TOAST bagels.

PLACE cheese on half of each bagel and top with apple and a pinch of cinnamon.

CLOSE sandwiches with remaining half bagels and serve.

FOR A CHANGE: Replace apples with pears and replace cheddar with part-skim provolone or Swiss cheese.
