Perfect side dish or appetizer for a BBQ. They can be prepared in advance and even heated up on the grill.
5 | 10 inch soft tortillas |
125 ml | softened cream cheese |
2 tbsp | salsa |
1/4 cup | finely chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup | finely chopped onion |
1/4 tsp | red pepper flakes |
1 cup | monterey jack cheese |
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees f (or wait and heat on a BBQ pan on the grill when done)
2. beat cream cheese salsa and chili pepper flakes until smooth
3. stir in green pepper and onion
4. spread 2 tbsp evenly on tortillas
5. roll them up and bake for 5 mins
6. cut into 1 inch pieces
