About this Recipe

Rich Mediterranean flavours, simply prepared on toasted Villaggio® Garlic Bread. Serve as an appetizer or lunch!


2 Tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Roasted red pepper, diced
1/4 cup (60 mL) Diced black olives
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano)
2 tbsp (30 mL) Olive oil
4 slices Villaggio® Toaster Garlic Bread
1 tbsp (15 mL) Freshly grated Parmesan cheese


MIX tomato, garlic, roasted pepper, olives and herbs. Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper.

PREPARE toaster garlic bread as per package directions. Top each slice with bruschetta mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
