Ingredients

2 cups Shredded cabbage
1 (10oz/284 ml) Can pineapple tidbits, drained and cut in half
1/2 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
6 Slices Maple Leaf® Natural Selections® Uncured Baked Ham
6 Slices Sun-Maid® Raisin Bread
1 tbsp Butter
Bread and butter pickles

Directions

COMBINE cabbage, pineapple, raisins and mayonnaise. Place a slice of ham on each slice of buttered raisin bread. Top with a large spoonful of the cabbage mixture. Garnish each sandwich with bread and butter pickles.
