|1 Pkg||Schneider's Buffalo Chicken Grill'ems Sausages|
|4||Hot Dog Buns|
|.25 cup||minced fresh celery|
|.5 cup||blue cheese-crumbled|
|.5 cup||mayonnaise- for Buffalo Mayo|
|1 tbsp||hot sauce-for Buffalo Mayo|
|.5 tsp||ground black pepper-for Buffalo Mayo|
|2 tsp||fresh squeezed lemon juice-for Bufffalo Mayo|
|1 tbsp||hot sauce|
Make Buffalo Mayonnaise: Mix all ingredients together, scoop into squeeze bottle. Place in fridge until your ready to use. Wipe over your BBQ with Veg oil. Turn on to medium heat. Score the sausages with a sharp knife. Cook the Schneider's Sausages for 5-6 minutes as directed on pkg, turning frequently. Should have nice grill marks on each sausage. BBQ the buns if desired. Add a sausage to each bun, drizzle Buffalo Mayonnaise over each cooked Sausage. Top each Sausage with an even amount of celery and Blue cheese. Add a few drops of hot sauce over the top of each one. Enjoy!
