Ingredients

1 (300 g) Package (4 pieces) Schneiders® Sundried Tomato Basil Smoked Chicken Sausage
1/2 cup (125 mL) Pearl or diced Bocconcini
1/2 cup (125 mL) Diced red and yellow tomatoes
2 tbsp (30 mL) Chopped fresh basil
Pinch dried chili flakes
Salt and pepper
HERB AIOLI:
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano)
1/2 cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise
1 Clove garlic, minced
4 Wonder® Hot Dog Buns

Directions

PREHEAT a lightly oiled grill to medium. Grill sausages, turning frequently for 5-6 minutes.

TOSS together, Bocconcini, tomatoes, basil and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.

WHISK together all of the ingredients for aioli.

SPREAD 1-2 tsp (5-10 mL) aioli inside each hot dog bun and nestle a sausage into each. Top with tomato and Bocconcini mixture and serve.

Notes

Serve with Tostitos Scoops!
