Quick, easy & delicious breakfast sandwich. Recipe is per sandwich.
|1/2 tsp||Dijon Mustard|
|Swiss Cheese Slices|
|Cheddar Cheese Slices|
|100 g||Shaved black forest ham|
|Dempster's Whole Wheat English Muffins|
Take two halves of Dempster's English Muffin and apply Dijon Mustard on one side and low-fat or regular mayonnaise on the other.
Take shaved ham, split amount in half (50g each or less) and apply each amount on each side of muffin.
Slice swiss cheese, and cheddar in half diagonally and place swiss on one side of sandwich and cheddar on the other on top of ham.
Turn broiler on high , and place breakfast sandwiches on baking sheet, put on middle rack and bake until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
Remove from oven and slap two halves together, done! Enjoy! :)
