Classic broccoli and cheese gets a remake into a delicious satisfying grilled cheese
|1 Pkg||(175 g) Maple Leaf® Natural Selections Oven Roasted Turkey Breast|
|8||slices light rye bread|
|4 tbsp||(60 mL) butter|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) olive oil|
|4||slices monterrey jack cheese|
|4||slices cheddar cheese|
|4||slices provolone cheese|
|1 cup||(250 mL) broccoli florets, blanched and chopped|
Assemble sandwiches by layering each bottom slice of bread with Monterey jack and provolone.
Place roasted turkey on top of cheeses followed by broccoli and cheddar cheese, top with remaining slice of bread.
Heat butter and oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Fry each sandwich 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.
Serve with side of soup.
