Hungry for dessert? Need something sweet? Have four minutes? Here you go.
|3 tbsp||oil, Canola or Vegetable|
|3 tbsp||all-purpose flour|
|2 tbsp||cocoa powder|
|3 tbsp||semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|1||small splash of vanilla or almond extract|
|1||pinch kosher salt|
|1||dash of nutmeg|
|1||microwave-safe medium-sized coffee mug|
1. Add wet ingredients (including the egg) to mug and mix well.
2. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Add the chocolate chips and extract, and mix again.
4. Put your mug into a 1000-watt microwave for 2 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be freaked out. Allow to cool and tip out onto a plate if desired.
5. Time to eat.
