Perfect for a protein packed filling breakfast during the holidays. Featuring rich maple and cranberries. Serves 1-2.
Cook Time: 15-20 Minutes
|2||thick slices of Maple Leaf Natural Selections Naturally Smoked Ham|
|3||slices of Maple Leaf Natural Selections Bacon|
|2 tbsp||Pure Maple Syrup|
|1 tbsp||Brown Sugar|
|1 tbsp||Dried Cranberries|
Take 3 or more slices of Maple Leaf Natural Selections Bacon and place in a sauce pan on low-medium heat cook for 5-7 minutes
Slice 1 to 2 thick slices of Maple Leaf Smoked Ham, and place in sauce pan alongside bacon.
Brown ham for 3 minutes then flip, and fry for another 3-4 minutes, the bacon should be cooked (approximately 10-15 minutes total)
Remove ham and bacon once cooked. Remove pan from heat.
Careful not to splatter the sugar in the fat and place 1 tbs brown sugar in bacon fat, stir, then place 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, stir. Quicky add in cranberries, stir and drizzle overtop bacon and ham.
Prepare a side such as hashbrowns, waffles, or fruit salad while cooking.
Serve and enjoy!
