Ingredients

1 Maple Leaf Prime Turkey Breast
2 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Chipotle Powder
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 cups Diced Onion
1 1/2 cups Chopped Carrots
1.5 cup Chopped Celery
2 tbsp Fresh Thyme
2 Can of Crushed Tomatoes
2 Can of Black Beans - Rinsed
2 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Remove the Bones and Skin from Turkey Breast.
Cut the Turkey into small bite size pieces.
In a Very hot pan add the oil and Turkey, don not move the turkey around too much, allow it to brown before stirring.
Sprinkle all the dry seasoning on the turkey.
Stir occasionally until the turkey is well browned, then remove from pan and place in slow cooker.
In same pan on high heat add the vegetables sauté until the onions are lightly browned and soft, add fresh thyme, and add everything to the slow cooker.
Now add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and cook and high for 3 hours or on low for 6 to 8.
