Your taste buds will go crazy for this ooey gooey triple cheesy grilled cheese sandwich. Served with a crispy bacon garnish and a shot of tomato soup.
|4||slices Dempster's Whole Grains Canadian Century Grains bread|
|3 tbsp||softened cream cheese|
|4||slices Swiss cheese|
|4||slices aged Cheddar cheese|
|2||rashers of Maple Leaf Bacon|
|3 tbsp||tomato soup|
|1||wooden pick-for garnish|
Heat up a fry pan to medium, add bacon, cook until crispy. Place on paper towel. On 1st piece of bread spread softened cream cheese. Place 2nd piece of bread on top, add Swiss cheese slices. Add 3rd piece of bread and cheddar cheese slices. Top with 4th piece of bread. Heat up clean fry pan with butter. Once butter has melted add sandwich and grill on both sides until golden and cheese has melted. Take off heat, slice and plate. skewer the bacon rashers through a wooden pick and garnish the sandwich. Serve with a shot of chilled or heated up tomato soup. Enjoy!
Serving a chilled shot of tomato soup on a hot day is alright in a shot glass, but if you are heating it up, use a heat-proof Pyrex glass or small dish. Safety first.
