A simple, tasty way to enjoy fried chicken without all the mess.
|4||Chicken legs with backs on|
|1/2 cups||All Purpose Flour|
|1/2 cups||Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs|
|1/3 cups||vegetable oil|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
Put flour, salt & pepper in one bowl. Put the Bread crumbs in second bowl and beat the egg and put it in a third bowl. Dip each chicken piece first in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs. Put the chicken in a baking dish already coated with the all the vegetable oil. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then turn chicken pieces over and bake another 30 minutes. You can drain the chicken on paper towels before serving over seasoned rice.
