This Panini with Italian Mozzarella is light and delicious and makes a great snack or lunch. The Pecans and Celery pack a crunch and complement this great Italian cheese so well.
|50 g||2 Slices of Sesame Villagio Bread|
|1 tbsp||4 Pecans chopped|
|25 g||Mixed Chopped Celray and Parsley|
|50 g||Italalian Mozzarella|
Add all contents and grill in a Panini press or in a heavy pan. Alternatively grate the cheese and mix with the chopped Pecan's Celery and Parsley and fill slices of toasted bread.
The combination of Pecan nuts and Mozzarella make for an interesting twist and a great texture.
