It is very delicate and bold ,tasty and fun to share.You can eat one or two or more but with the salad it is quite filling Very easy and fast to make.


6 oz chicken
1 apsaragus
1 vidialia onion
1 cup arugala
1 bagette
1/2 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1 Pkg feta cheese
1 red pepper
1 tsp salt
1 prociotta
1/0 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp oregeo


Salt& pepper chicken with a dash of oregeo grill,add salted olive oil aspargrus grill one min. leave chicken ,slice onion add butter and pan fry till carmalized,slice prociutto.grill red repper till skin starts to fall off. and make a reduction ,chop tomato, cucumber.Grill sliced butter baguettes quickly ,remove . layer, chicken then onion ,chicken asparagus. prociuotto.Add roasted red pepper reduction over top Toss arugula tomato. cucumber pinch of pepper&salt .Add dressing and springle with feta cheese.Keep toasting baguettes till full. enjoy
