About this Recipe

This traditional ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin is an old favourite, easy to make and good for you. Try pouching your egg, it is one of the healthiest ways to cook eggs.

Ingredients

6 English Muffins
6 Eggs
300 g 6 Slices of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Smoked Ham
6 oz Marble Cheese, sliced

Directions

DIRECTIONS

Pouch 6 eggs.
Toast the English muffins and butter.
Top each muffin with a little cheese and pop in microwave to warm.
Top English muffins with ham, and one egg.

Notes

You can also use crisp cooked bacon or sausage patties if you don't like ham.
