2 lb minced pork
1 bok choi
1 green onion
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp soya sauce

Directions

將大白菜切細, 放入攪拌機
放鹽在大白菜絲。將蔥,大白菜絲和豬肉攪勻
放入豉油和菜油, 再攪勻
放餡入餃子皮中間
仲一邊慢慢包, 直到中間
